Melissa is a client-focused project manager with over 15 years of experience developing and implementing custom technology solutions for commercial, nonprofit, and government clients. She has a strong expertise in identifying requirements, maintaining project timelines, and delivering exceptional online solutions. Her projects consistently meet or exceed clients’ expectations. She brings a strong technical background to Promet Source, helping to bridge gaps between non-technical clients and development teams, ensuring successful project development and implementation. When Melissa isn't helping clients solve problems and making sure that their projects run smoothly, you can find her watching French and Korean horror films or playing with her two adorable puppies; Mouse, chocolate lab (10 months) and Daisy, lab/pit bull mix (1 year). Melissa has always been technologically savvy, and remembers playing Pong with a cassette tape hooked up to her dad's TRS-80.
