Michelle "Mickey" Williamson

Mickey has been in the Drupal world since 2010, primarily as a backend Drupal developer. She briefly strayed into both native Android and native iOS development but has always returned to Drupal for the exceptional community.

She holds a B.A. in Music from Mansfield University and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.

Her biggest passion besides Drupal development is working towards leveling the playing field of life for people with disabilities by incorporating accessibility into websites and mobile apps and mentoring others to do the same. To that end, she holds CPACC, WAS, Trusted Tester, JAWS, and NVDA certifications.

Mickey lives in the mountains of Colorado with her four pups and 8 chickens. When not in front of a computer, she’s likely running, hiking, or backpacking on a mountain trail and enjoying the gorgeous views.
