What We Did

We migrated RRB's legacy site to Drupal, refreshing the design while ensuring Section 508 compliance. The project included implementing an office locator system that combines their proprietary Zip Code tool with Google Maps. Throughout the process, we provided Drupal training and ran Agile workshops to keep the project on track.

Clear Paths to Information

The new site makes it easier for railroad workers and their families to find critical benefits information. We reorganized the navigation and content structure to create clear pathways for different user groups, whether they're looking for retirement benefits or unemployment assistance.

Accessibility Without Compromise

We built the new design to be both visually appealing and fully accessible. The site works seamlessly with screen readers and meets all federal accessibility standards, ensuring every user can access their benefits information, regardless of ability.

Smart Location Services

We integrated RRB's Zip Code Locator with Google Maps to help users quickly find their nearest office. This combination of proprietary and familiar tools makes it simple for people to get in-person help when they need it.

The Result

The new platform successfully preserves all the critical functions of the original site while making it more accessible and user-friendly. Government staff can now easily update content, and users have a clear path to the benefits information they need.
